The book opens with a brief history of the transformation of Images and their functions. Through this way it positions the graffiti as one of the visual phenomena of the modern world, Then introduces the reader to the various opinions and approaches of scholars and thinkers of sociology, psychology, criminology, linguistics, etc., by presenting a history of what is nowadays known in the art world as Street Art or Graffiti . It examines the relationship of this cultural phenomenon with other concepts and phenomena in today's world, including hackers, gangs, the media, art markets, and so on. The book ends with a Persian translation of the KOOL Killer , Jean Baudrillard's article on graffiti.
